Neat 2 Eat’s Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions below regulate your use of this site. If you use this site, you are agreeing to abide by all the terms. Neat 2 Eat reserves the right to revise these terms at any time.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Neat 2 Eat, representatives, partners, agents and employees from and against any and all liabilities, claims, costs and expenses, including legal fees, that arise out of or in connection with your use of the site or breach of these terms.
Neat 2 Eat accepts direct deposit, PayPal and credit card payments (processed via PayPal but you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this payment method)
Paying via direct deposit
1. Go to the checkout page
2. Fill out your details
3. Select Direct Deposit
4. You will be forward a invoice with Neat 2 Eat’s bank details by email
Orders will be sent as soon the money is received in our bank account, please allow upto 2 working days for funds to clear.
All direct deposit payments are due within 3 business days, after which a reminder email will be sent giving you a further 2 business days to make payment, if payment is not received by this date your order will be cancelled and your items returned to stock.
How to pay by PayPal
PayPal is a free secure service you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this option. You can make a one off payment transactions using your credit card without registering for a PayPal account.
1. Once you have added your products to the shopping cart, click on the checkout page and fill out your details
2. Click on the Paypal button
3. You will be now directed to the Paypal checkout page
4. Log in or enter your details and follow the prompts
5. Paypal will forward a receipt to your email address

How to pay via credit card
1. Once you have added your products to the shopping cart, click on the checkout page and fill out your details.
2. Select your shipping method.
3. Read and accept our terms and conditions and select the PayPal option as your payment method.
4. Select 'I confirm my order' and you will then be redirected to a PayPal page where you can enter in your credit card details and have your payment processed.
You will ALWAYS receive a confirmation email after you have placed a valid order.
Delivery & Shipping
All orders are shipped by Australia post
Postage is calculated by weight of the order by Australia post.
We have two types of services;
1. Standard please allow up to five working days for delivery
2. Registered post is also available for an additional fee of $3
Order can take anywhere from 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on Australia Post's current demand, if you have not received your order within 10 days you should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org however if you did not pay the additional $3 to have your package sent via registered post then we accept no responsibility for any lost packages.
We currently only offer shipping within Australia and New Zealand.
Neat 2 Eat aims to dispatch all parcels within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, providing all orders are in stock or unless otherwise stated. We will always notify you if for some reason there is a delay in the delivery due to stock availability.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, a replacement product will be dispatched (subject to availability) once we receive the faulty return, at our cost. We reserve the final right to determine if a product is actually faulty.
Returns & Exchanges
Neat 2 Eat would like you to feel confident when ordering from our online store. If you find your products are not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and we will arrange an exchange. Exchanges are only given if the item is unused with all labels/packaging still intact. The return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. An extra delivery charge will be incurred for all items exchanged. Please note there is no exchange or returns for sale items.
We recommend returns are sent to us via registered mail as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. Please contact us via email email@example.com should you wish to return an item to be provided with our returns address.
If in the rare event you notice that your parcel appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to discuss options. Please ensure all packaging is kept for inspection. Please ensure your claim in relation to damaged goods is made within 7 days of delivery.
Should you make an error with your order please ensure you contact us immediately.
We do our best to ensure all items are in stock at all times however due to unforseen circumstance a product may become unavailable if this happens the product will appear as SOLD OUT and you will be unable to purchase it, if you are after a specific item and wish to be notified when it becomes available again please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will do my best to notify you when it becomes available.
All pricing on the Neat 2 Eat online store is in Australia Dollars (AUD) and includes GST.
At Neat 2 Eat's sole descretion we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason without prior notice or explanation. In this unlikey event you will be notified of the cancellation and a refund of the full amout you paid will be given.
All content on the Neat 2 Eat website such as text, graphics, logos and images are the property of Neat 2 Eat or its suppliers and is protected by Australian copyright laws.
Privacy & Security
Any personal information collected by Neat 2 Eat including your name, email address or contact information will not be disclosed, released or sold unless required by law. We use your information only for processing your order.
